63 Ann Street, Surry Hills, NSW, 1961
During operational changes for importing Honeywell office equipment—from locally owned Liddle & Epstein to Honeywell—Snelling renovated an office building on a steep Surry Hills slope. According to his then-associate, John Hunt, Snelling took no interest in this project, and the three-storey, tightly budgeted, fitout was documented entirely by Hunt, including offices and a warehouse for office equipment.
